How are orders shipped?

We offer a variety of carriers for our wholesale customers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. When placing your order, a list of shipping options will be presented to you along with estimated delivery times.

How much will I be charged for shipping?

Your shipping will be calculated based on weight, delivery service and your location. You can see a rough estimate of what your shipping may be in your cart by clicking “Calculate Shipping” under Cart Totals.

What should I do if my tracking information shows “delivered” but my order does not arrive?

A tracking number will be provided with each order that is shipped out. If your package is marked as delivered, we encourage you to contact the appropriate shipping company as a first step. Some shipping companies will often declare a package delivered 24 to 48 hours before they actually deliver it. If it has been more than 48 hours since your tracking number updated with “Delivered” and no package has arrived, please email shipping@sock-dreams.com.

All requests for reimbursement for lost or stolen parcels MUST be made within 60 days of the shipment date.

Why does my tracking information show that my order is “Undeliverable” or “Returned to Sender”?

There are a few reasons your package might be “Returned to Sender”: An Insufficient Address, your packaging was compromised or damaged, or your delivery person felt there was no secure place to leave your order.

We are not notified of orders being Return to Sender until the order actually arrives back at our warehouse. You may wish to contact your delivering carrier to check on your package’s status as soon as you notice it is marked for return. The mail carrier/deliver service usually writes the reason the package was undeliverable on the box. When we receive it back at our warehouse, we’ll see this note contact you to correct any problems and arrange for a second delivery attempt. You may also choose to have your order refunded at this time.

Returned to sender orders generally arrive back at our headquarters in two weeks, but some may take a month or more.
